5. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Premade Units: 5–10 business days
- Customized Units: 15–25 business days
LexHairCo is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
