Contact Us First

If you have any concerns regarding your order, you agree to contact LexHairCo directly and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with your financial institution.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks, false claims, or disputes filed without first contacting LexHairCo may be challenged with supporting documentation, including but not limited to order confirmations, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and acceptance of our store policies.

Limitation of Liability

LexHairCo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising from purchases made through LexHairCo shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to purchases from LexHairCo shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be handled exclusively in the courts located in Texas, and the customer consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.

By placing an order with LexHairCo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and all store policies.
