Premade Units

• Premade wigs are typically processed and shipped within 5–10 business days from the date your order is placed.

Customized Units

• Customized wigs are made to order and require additional processing time.
• Please allow 15–25 business days for production and shipping of customized units.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. LexHairCo is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. LexHairCo is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, LexHairCo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
