At LexHairCo, we take pride in providing premium-quality wigs and hair products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns on any wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, or other hair products once an order has been processed or delivered.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection by the customer
• Dissatisfaction after use or installation
• Custom-made or personalized orders

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lexhaircomp@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your claim.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
